How long after ordering will my item ship?

XS-3XL costumes typically ship within 7-10 business days. Custom-sized costumes require 45-60 business days. Contact customer service before ordering for rush requests.

Can you make any custom size?

Most sizes are customizable (provide measurements in order notes). However, contact customer service before ordering if:
Height <150cm (4.92ft) or >195cm (6.4ft)
Bust/Waist/Hip measurement exceeds 135cm (53.15in)
(Pattern limits vary by design)

What measurements are needed for custom sizing?

Provide these in cm or inches:
Height, Shoulder Width, Neck, Bust, Waist, Hips, Upper Arm, Lower Arm, Arm Length (shoulder to wrist), Thigh, Calf, Knee, Inseam (waist to ankle).
For custom shoes: Foot Length, Width, Circumference, Ankle Circumference.

How long does delivery take after shipping?

We ship globally via air express. Choose from Standard, Expedited, or Express options at checkout (2-3 choices displayed).

What’s the shipping cost? Is it free?
