Initially, we sold our products on Etsy, where we were awarded Star Seller for four consecutive years and accumulated thousands of five-star reviews, a testament to our customers' recognition. However, due to malicious competition from counterfeit sellers, we had to create our own website. This has been both an opportunity and a challenge for us, but we are committed to maintaining our previous standards of product quality and customer service.

We understand our customers' needs and offer a wide range of sizes (please refer to the product page for details). Besides regular sizes, we can also customize dakimakura according to your pillow size. We offer Peach Skin, Velvet, and 2 Way Tricot materials, as well as an improved version of 2 Way Tricot, which is not listed due to its high cost. You can use the search bar on the homepage to find the character you want. If you can't find the desired character, you can contact our customer service for assistance. If you have your own design that you want to print, we also offer customization services.
We have our own contracted artists and eight-color printing machines imported from Japan. Unlike other counterfeit sellers who use low-quality AI upscaling, our prints are clearer and more detailed.
Absolutely. Your order will be shipped within three business days after you place it. Delivery times vary depending on your country/region.

Yes, you can. Please click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of the homepage to ask our customer service. If your order has not been printed, we will cancel it for you. If you paid with PayPal, they will charge a 10% service fee, which we may pass on to you.

No, we are not responsible for collecting any form of import duties for your country/region. Please be aware of your country's import laws and consider these fees before ordering.
Yes, our packages are packed in black opaque bags. The shipping label will only include the legally required customs declaration name "pillow case" and no other product information.
Yes, they can. We have successfully delivered hundreds of plus-size custom cosplay costumes. However, different cosplay costumes have different printing requirements and size limitations. Please consult our customer service before ordering, and they will provide you with a solution.
