Return & Refund
Our policy is to continue until 7 days after the package has been delivered. If the package has been delivered for more than 7 days, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
Returns
- About Costume: !!Once the accessory package or wig seal are opened, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
- Before unpacking the accessory package or wig, please try on the main clothing item first.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.(You can have a try,but please keep the costume clean and complete )
Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:
- If you return part of the costumes, the payment cannot be refunded.
- Worn, used or altered items cannot be returned.
- undergarments, socks and stocking cannot be returned.
- Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etc cannot be returned.
- Wigs, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair accessories, with attached hair cannot be returned.
- Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged total cost on the order as returning shipping fee. This makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us. Also, you have to pay for the new shipping fee if you would like to receive again.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Notice: Products that need to be returned due to the buyer not liking it or choosing the wrong size for personal reasons. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
- We only replace defective or damaged items. If you find that the product in the package is damaged or missing parts after receiving the package, please click the "Chat" or "Whats" button on the webpage to communicate with us, or send an email to service@adorehomestudios.com(or: klantig1987@outlook.com)
- Notice: Returning shipping fee and resend shipping fee will need to bare by buyers.
- About pillowcases and pillowcase accessories: If after receiving the product, the buyer finds that the length of the pillowcase is more than 5cm different from the original size, or if the buyer finds that the pillowcase or accessories are dirty, damaged, or missing parts, please use "Chat"/"Whats" on the webpage or send an email to contact us and send me photos of the problematic situation, and we will handle the situation as soon as possible. If the buyer does not like the product after receiving it for personal reasons and needs to return it for a refund or exchange it for another style, the buyer will have to pay the return shipping fee and the resending shipping fee. If the buyer returns the goods due to personal reasons, we will immediately inspect the goods within 24 hours after receiving the return. If there is no dirt, no damage, no odor, no traces of use, no missing parts, etc., we will immediately refund the goods. and notify the buyer. (The above situations only apply within 7 days after the buyer receives the package)
- Q:What if the size is unsuitable?
- A:We accept returning for exchange or refund within 7 days after you receive our products, if the size is not fit. But you should afford the returning shipping fee by yourself. So please take care of choose size and refer to our size chart. When we receive the returned product without odor, damage, missing parts or dirt, and the seal of the accessory bag is intact, the product payment can be fully refunded.
What if part of my order is missing or defecting?
- First of all, If all items are confirmed to be shipped but you still have a missing item, please contact us with this information.
- We can check the orders only if it is reported within 7 days of receipt.
Your order will be handled under following procedure:
- You will be asked to send photos of the received items and the package.
- We will check on our shipping system if the item is omitted from the original shipment.
- When confirmed as missing item, we will process refunding or resending for the missing item.
- However, if omitted item checks as sold out, then it will be refunded immediately as well.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
