Everything about this purchase was extremely wonderful. I highly recommend buying from this store!!! First, the quality of the item itself is spectacular. The colors on the pillow and the design are exactly as shown; very vibrant and colorful & I could look at the art for ages. The feeling of the 2-way tricot is, beyond this world feeling! I don't think I could go back to a normal pillow haha. Secondly, the delivery, the item came MUCH earlier than it showed and safe packaging. Thirdly, Adorehome has some of the best customer service I've ever had. They responded to all my questions within 15min. I first contacted them regarding a possibility of two different designs on a pillow - they allowed it! I also asked about a size adjustment. They followed through as long as I put the right size in the comment section! Would buy again!
