Production and Shipping:

 As it is handmade, it usually takes about 1 week to make after we receive the order. Additionally, it takes 1-2 weeks to receive the goods after shipping. Returns, Exchanges, and Order Cancellation:

• Within 24 hours of receiving your order, you can contact us for a refund and cancellation.

• Once the accessory package or wig seal is opened, no returns or exchanges are accepted. Please try on the main clothing item first. If the clothing fits well, you may proceed to unpack the accessory package.
